1. Students- The Board will always consider the welfare of the students as the single most important factor in making decisions.

2. Efficacy - The Board will be kept abreast of programs, curricula and assessments. 3. Budget- The Board will sponsor a district budget that supports and maintains vital programs and services. 4. Engagement- The Board will strengthen engagement with the communities.

Board of Director Norms 1. We will deal respectfully with each other. 2. “WE” will stand for our decisions. 3. Our work together will be time-bound, focused, and valuable. 4. We will work to continuously model professional collaboration. 5. We will rely on and trust each other. 6. Communication will be timely, taken with positive intentionality, and focused. 7.
